TOOZE, Justice. This is an action for damages for personal injuries allegedly caused by the negligent operation of a motor vehicle, brought by Mark W. Whelpley, as plaintiff, against Ida E. Frye, as administratrix of the estate of Gerald Frye, deceased, as defendant. A general verdict in favor of plaintiff in the sum of $5,516 was returned by the jury, and judgment against defendant was entered accordingly. Defendant appeals.
